Forget the track. Forget the road. On Squad Race is taking running to a whole new level.
We’re looking for squads from all over the world to take on a spiral course designed to test your legs and your lungs. Only one can win.
The format is simple. But don't think it's easy. It’s a 4x4 relay race against gravity – and the other squads. Each team member races down the spiral and then back up, before passing the baton. One steep incline. All-out effort.
The squad with the fastest combined time takes the crown. And a ticket to LA to represent their city in the World Finale.

How to win On Squad Race
This isn't just about raw speed. To take the crown, your squad needs to work together, race hard and back yourselves. Here is how your heat is scored:
Be first: Crossing the finish line matters. Your squad’s final position in the heat locks in your baseline points.
Be fast: Every single second counts. You earn points based on your squad's overall race time and if a runner from your squad runs the fastest lap in the heat.
