This purposefully designed workout by Christian Lewis-Pratt brings together strength, control, and mobility through a runner-focused lens – supporting performance, resilience, and longevity through discipline-led conditioning designed to support your marathon run. Light bites will be provided after the session to refuel.
Christian believes that we are born to MOVE. As founder of The Move Method, a London-based fitness studio whose classes revolve around Strength, Mobility and Conditioning, Christian lives out this belief every day. Using his passion for helping people move their bodies to improve all aspects of their wellbeing, Christian brings knowledge, experience, and understanding to every class and client he works with.
